You can return items within 14 days of delivery for UK orders, or within 21 days of delivery for international orders. Items sent back after that period won't be eligible for a return. All returns are processed once the returned goods arrive with us, and can be issued as a refund or a credit note.

Please return all item(s) in their original condition, folded carefully and placed inside their recycled 97th Vintage bag as received, then suitably packaged so they aren't damaged in transit. All items must be unused and in the same condition as you received them, with the 97th Vintage swing tag still attached. If the swing tag has been removed, the return won't be accepted.

To start a return, email info@97thvintage.com or use our contact form, giving your full name, order number and reason for return, so we can process it straight away. Please send returns via tracked mail, as we can't be held responsible for items lost in transit.
